10 lb. Water
2 lb. 8 oz. Honey
1 oz. Canola Oil
8 lb. Bread Flour
8 lb. Whole Wheat Flour
4 oz. Salt
2 lb. Flaxseed
12 oz. Sunflower Seeds
4 oz. Poppy Seeds
12 oz. Fast Rising Instant Yeast
• Measure ingredients and place in bread machine pan in order recommended by manufacturer.

• Select Whole Wheat Rapid Cycle.

• Remove baked bread from pan and let cool on wire rack.
